Sunday lunchtime. The service was great as always. We were given a table straightaway. We ordered the following dishes; Lamb Roast, Chicken Kiev, Roasted Salmon, Chicken Pie and Grilled Chicken. All dishes came with roast vegetables and mash potatoes. Apart from the Lamb Roast all meals also came with a healthy delicious salad which included pasta (veg tortellini). The food arrived promptly and we asked for an additional plate for my 4yo. The manager was kind enough to provide a plate with sides with no additional costs. The food was piping hot. We all enjoyed every mouthful, this was evident from empty plates. I would highly recommend this place.There menu has a variety of dishes, the staff are welcoming and friendly and the menu is reasonably priced. Please note they only accept cash on Sundays.
Finally checked this place out in the heart of East London. Walked in, was seen & seated by the staff straight away. Sat down & ordered our roast lunch, it came out in less than 7 minutes. I believe this is a family run business, & the staff was so quick & efficient & friendly. As for the food - we got a lamb roast & a chicken roast. I must say this definitely hit the spot for us. The flavour on the chicken was definitely 10/10. We are still yet to try other things on the menu & will 100 percent visit again. The food is a good value for money. (Cash only) Definitely recommend.
Delicious Sunday roast! Service from staff is absolutely amazing and prices are very affordable. I got the large mix roast- massive portion for 18, would recommend!!!
First time here and it was an amazing place to lunch the food was amazing especially one of the chutneys that came with our meal. Can’t praise it enough.. we spoke to other customer and there was not a bad word to say about the restaurant. Excellent service - food arrived well perfect and quickly. I hope to go again!
I really enjoyed dinting at Olive and Oregano. I had their roast meal. It was amazing. I really enjoyed the food. Everything complimented each, it was good portions and it was cheap and cheerful for a roast dinner. It came with the option of either having chicken, beef or both and I opted for both. It also came with mash,veggies and roast pudding. Also they weren’t stingy with the gravy. I can see why this has become very popular. My only complaint please do it everyday or on a weekday as well. I work on the weekends so I hardly have time to come down. 100 recommend!
One of the best Sunday roast meals I’ve had in my life. It was very reasonably priced too. The total bill for two of us with drinks was 28. Will definitely go again. Bit dark inside.
Heard loads of great news about this restaurant so had to give it a try and it didn’t disappoint. Restaurant is not big so be prepared to wait for table, in side deco looks good a rustic look and the menu was nice and simple nothing to crazy. Had the mix Sunday roast and it was a fantastic choice and portion was big can’t fault it and it’s exactly what you order a Sunday roast overall food was great atmosphere fantastic and service was great and fast....
